What We Are Looking For:
- Passionate: You must have a passion for new experiences - with a love to travel and help others make their vacation dreams come true.
- Motivation: You must be a motivated, friendly, out-going self-starter, ready and willing to make vacation dreams real for your clients.
- Technologically Savvy: You must have excellent computer skills, and be active on Social Media sites (Facebook, Twitter, blogging, and more)
- Network Building Skills: You must have your own network of family and friends to start building your own Client Portfolio.
- Time for Training & Updates: Our training begins with a comprehensive training program. Most Associates go with the on-site 6-day program in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, in the heart of the cruise industry, and continues on your own throughout the course of your career. Some Associates go with the Virtual Training Class that is done at home over a 12-day period. More information about both types of training will be discussed in detail after you submit your interest form below. Ongoing education is critical to your success!
- U.S. Residents only. We are part of a U.S.-based franchise system, and can only sell to clients within the U.S. and Canada. Our team members must be U.S. residents only.

Online training and support from each of our participating travel vendors are available to you online at any that fits into your schedule.
